Early on, MedFirst focused its services on the “Go-Live” process. This process involved helping hospitals choose a health care information technology, educating hospital staff on its use, and launching the new system. This is still a large part of what MedFirst does. But, over time, MedFirst has expanded its services to include implementation \u2013 that is, coaching hospital clerical and clinical staff in using their new health care IT system post-launch.
