In 2000, to keep up with the development of the information industry in the internet age, the Legend Group (now Legend Holdings Corporation) founded a spin-off company called Holdings Limited (hereafter referred to as DC Holdings). In 2001, it was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code 00861.HK).

DC Holdings now owns four listed companies with a combined total of over ten thousand employees: DC Holdings (00861.HK), DCITS (000555.SZ), Digiwin Software (300378.SZ) and HC360.com (02280.HK).
