Consolidated Communications, Inc. (CCI) is an American telecommunications company based in Mattoon, Illinois, serving 11 states – California, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
CCI offers residential Digital TV, High-Speed Internet, phone, Home Automation and Security Services. CCI also offers commercial solutions serving businesses of all sizes with data and Internet, Voice, Managed & Hosted, Cloud and IT services.

In July 2016, Consolidated Communications completed a merger with Champaign Telephone Company and its sister company, Big Broadband Services, a private business communications provider in the Champaign–Urbana metropolitan area. In December 2016, Consolidated Communications announced that it would purchase FairPoint Communications for $1.5 billion including assumption of debt.
